But what’s the role?
We are looking for a commercially-driven and highly motivated Partnerships Executive with strong experience in building and scaling partner ecosystems within cybersecurity or B2B technology. This role is responsible for owning and developing watchTowr’s US channel strategy, with a core focus on recruiting, enabling and driving high-performing partners - particularly MSPs, MSSPs and strategic technology partners.
You will play a critical role in expanding watchTowr’s market presence across the US through indirect sales, acting as the commercial owner of the channel motion and a key contributor to overall revenue growth. This role is based in the US, East Coast or Midwest & Texas regions.
Sounds great – what will I do?
Own and execute the US channel strategy, aligned to watchTowr’s overarching commercial and revenue objectives.
Identify, recruit, onboard and activate new channel partners, including MSSPs, system integrators and resellers.
Build a strong, scalable partner ecosystem that consistently generates qualified pipeline and revenue.
Develop and manage partner enablement programmes, including onboarding frameworks, training, sales playbooks, and ongoing commercial support.
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for partners, building trusted, senior-level relationships and positioning watchTowr as a long-term strategic partner.
Work closely with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Success teams to design and execute joint go-to-market initiatives and partner-led campaigns.
Drive partner performance through clear KPIs, forecasting, pipeline management, and regular business reviews.
Ensure partners are fully equipped to articulate watchTowr’s value proposition, product capabilities, and differentiation in the cybersecurity market.
Continuously optimize the partner journey - from recruitment to revenue - identifying gaps, friction points and growth opportunities.
Represent the voice of the partner internally, feeding back market insight, competitive intelligence and product requirements into the business.
Sounds perfect to me, what specifics are you looking for?
ou have 5+ years of experience building and managing channel or partner ecosystems within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
You have a proven track record of recruiting, onboarding and scaling high-performing partners, ideally across MSP and MSSP networks.
You understand how to design and execute channel strategies that drive real commercial outcomes, not just partner count.
You are commercially minded and revenue-driven, with experience owning partner pipeline, forecasting and performance targets.
You are comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels - from building channel frameworks to closing deals alongside partners.
You have strong experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams in fast-growing environments.
You can influence and engage senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and don’t need heavy process or hand-holding to deliver impact.
You have a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, buying cycles, and how organisations procure security solutions.
You are familiar with structured sales and partner methodologies and know how to build repeatable commercial motions.
Bonus Experience
You’ve previously built a US channel function from scratch or scaled it significantly.
You have an existing network of MSSP or cybersecurity partners in the US.
You’ve worked in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government).
You have experience working in global or distributed commercial teams.
You’ve managed or mentored junior partner or sales team members.
