But what’s the role?

As our Strategic Finance Manager, you will be a key partner to leadership, combining FP&A, strategy, and data to guide business decisions. You’ll take ownership of the financial model, create investor-ready reports, and analyze SaaS metrics, turning raw data into actionable business insights on growth and efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build deliverables for our fundraising efforts, support board presentations, and help chart the company’s long-term plan. This role is based in Singapore.

Sounds great – what will I do?

• Build and maintain our 36-month financial model — updating forecasts, running scenarios, and stress-testing growth plans.
• Deliver monthly reporting packs and regular leadership updates covering SaaS metrics, cash runway, and performance insights.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to link pipeline data to revenue forecasts and track renewals and expansion.
• Monitor cash and FX closely, producing weekly visibility on burn and liquidity.
• Shape and improve our finance systems and data flows so reporting remains fast and accurate as we scale.
• Support board presentations and fundraising efforts with data room readiness, investor Q&A, and storytelling through numbers.

Core Skills

• 6+ years’ experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or RevOps in a Global SaaS business.
• Background in fundraising support (data rooms, investor packs, Q&A prep).
• Experience in cyber security industry (ideally Threat Intelligence and/or Offensive Security-type solutions).
• Proven ability to build and manage driver-based financial models and track key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback, burn multiple).
• Strong analytical and communication skills — you can turn complex data into clear insights for leadership and investors.
• Comfortable with finance systems (Xero, ScaleXP, or similar) and familiar with CRM/CS tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Solid foundation in accounting principles (revenue recognition, IFRS/FRS 15) and ability to work closely and independently with controllers and auditors.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Prior experience in a Series A/B scale-up environment, where you’ve built processes from scratch with a scale-up mindset.
• Comfortable operating in a global business environment — working across time zones and collaborating with teams from different cultures.
