But what’s the role?
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager with deep enterprise experience and a strong understanding of cybersecurity. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them maximize the value of the watchTowr Platform to achieve measurable security and business outcomes.
Sounds great – what will I do?
In this role, you will partner with security leaders and technical stakeholders to drive adoption, expand value, and ensure long-term retention. You’ll work closely with our commercial and technical teams to support customers across their lifecycle, build processes alongside the Head of Customer Success, while continuously surfacing insights that inform both product direction and customer strategy.
This is a senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of cybersecurity expertise and enterprise relationship management, ensuring that customers not only succeed with watchTowr but see us as a critical part of their security program.

Ideal Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success roles
- Experience in cyber security industry (ideally Threat Intelligence and/or Offensive Security-type solutions), managing enterprise SaaS accounts
- Demonstrated ability to partner with C-suite and senior security stakeholders, driving renewals and expansion with measurable results.
- Strong familiarity with cybersecurity challenges, trends, and technologies, with the ability to translate complex technical insights into business outcomes.
- Track record of building and supporting onboarding, adoption, and customer value programs for enterprise solutions.
- Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills and the ability to adapt messaging to technical and business audiences alike.
- Active listener who can quickly identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Proficient in SaaS success metrics (e.g., retention, churn, NRR, expansion, health scores) and experienced with Customer Success platforms (e.g. Gainsight, HubSpot, Vitally, Intercom, or similar).
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.
- Self-driven and proactive, comfortable working across global functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
